Lyrics
There is a place in Southern Appalachia
That was home once to you and to me
Where we learned to heal the hearts of many
And with our hands to help those most in need
When we see the miracle of healing
Let us hold true to all that we have learned
And to the school with the name of Edward Via
All your gifts to the world we will return
CHORUS
There is a place in Southern Appalachia
Where physicians learn to see more than disease
Where we learn to heal the body, mind, and spirit
And to help all we touch to find some peace
CHORUS
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» to thee I will be faithful
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» my alma mater true
As I travel down the road I have chosen
In my heart there is a little piece of you
